dotTreeSoft ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") operates the iCado mobile application ("App," "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you use our Service.

1. Information We Collect
1.1 No Account or Login Required
iCado does not require any user registration, login, or social sign-in. We do not collect your name, email address, or any personally identifiable account information. The App identifies your device using a randomly generated anonymous device identifier (UUID) stored securely on your device.
1.2 Information You Provide
- Face photos: Images you take or select for face analysis. Photos are transmitted to our server for AI processing and are not stored permanently. Photos are used solely for generating your analysis result.
1.3 Information Generated Through App Usage
- Analysis results: Cat/dog face ratio, matched breed information, and detailed feature descriptions generated by AI
- Premium results: Chemistry analysis, connection analysis, and character generation results (if purchased)
- Purchase records: In-app purchase transaction IDs and product identifiers for purchase verification
1.4 Automatically Collected Information
- Anonymous device identifier (UUID)
- Device platform (Android/iOS)
- Device language preference
- App package name and version
- IP address (used for security, masked in logs)
- Request timestamps
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information for the following purposes:

4. Data Storage and Security
4.1 Storage
Analysis results are stored on secure cloud servers. Face photos are transmitted for AI processing only and are not permanently stored on our servers.

We implement the following security measures to protect your data:

- Request authentication and integrity verification
- Access control on all database tables
- Rate limiting to prevent abuse
- Secure on-device storage for the anonymous device identifier
5. Data Retention and Deletion
5.1 Retention Period
All analysis results and premium results are automatically deleted 7 days after creation. We do not retain your data indefinitely.
- Face photos: Not stored on our servers; used only during real-time AI processing
- Analysis results: Automatically expire and are deleted after 7 days
- Premium results: Automatically expire and are deleted after 7 days
- Purchase records: Retained for purchase verification purposes as required by applicable law
5.2 Data Deletion Request
Since iCado does not use accounts or login, your data is associated only with an anonymous device ID. You may request deletion of all data associated with your device by contacting us:

You can also clear your device data by uninstalling the App, which removes the device identifier from your device. Server-side data will be automatically deleted after the 7-day retention period.
6. Advertising
iCado displays advertisements through Google AdMob. AdMob may collect and use certain device information (such as advertising ID) to serve personalized or non-personalized ads. You can opt out of personalized advertising through your device settings. For more information, please review Google's Privacy Policy.
7. Children's Privacy
iCado is not intended for use by children under the age of 14. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 14. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 14, we will delete it immediately.
8. Your Rights
You have the following rights regarding your personal information:
- Access: View your analysis results within the App
- Deletion: Request deletion of your data by contacting us, or simply uninstall the App
- Opt-out of Ads Personalization: Adjust your device advertising settings

9. International Data Transfers
Your data may be processed and stored on servers located outside your country of residence. By using iCado, you consent to the transfer of your data to servers in the Asia-Pacific region. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of iCado after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
